A study on the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) texts of the So-eumin Interior Disease Pattern in Dong-uisusebowon (1)

The Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) text of "Sang-hanron(ß¿ùÎÖå)" is adopted in the chapter of So-eumin Interior Disease Pattern in "Dong-uisusebowon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêª)". In this study, I have attempted to analyze the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) texts for the purpose of understanding the So-eumin Interior Disease Pattern thoroughly. In specific, Ijema(ì°ðØ©) stated that the Simhabigyeong(ãýù»?Ìã) symptom of the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) text is identical to the symptoms of other conditions that apply Sasimtang(Þáãý÷·). Which means that the disease pattern of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) is a intensified condition of that of Sasimtang(Þáãý÷·). Next, unlike Jang Jung-gyeong(íåñêÌØ) and other annotators of "Sang-hanron(ß¿ùÎÖå)", Ijema(ì°ðØ©) did not perceive Ijungtang(ìµñé÷·) to manage the central cho(ñéõ¥). Instead, he perceived it appropriate for Tae-eumbyeong(÷¼ëäÜ»_disease of Tae-eum), bringing the meaning of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) into the category of Sameumbyeong(ß²ëäÜ»_disease of the three eum). With this, he made it possible to compare and analyze the texts based on the Sameum/Samyang(ß²ëäß²åÕ) theory. Lastly, Ijema(ì°ðØ©) perceived the symptoms of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) as So-eum pattern, and categorized it into Tae-eum pattern. Following this, a comprehensive review of Ijema(ì°ðØ©)¡¯s unique understanding of the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(îåà´ò·éàæ®ÕÝ÷·) text and its implications were discussed. This part is not included in this article, however, and will be exclusively dealt with in a subsequent article.
